Jorge Luis Borges Essentially this is a seaside cottage garden, with secret paths and tiny lawns, plant-laden pergolas, and rare and tender plants growing alongside old favourites in brimming mixed borders. However, artefacts and ideas gathered from long sojourns in Asia have helped transform it into a place of great originality. New for 2009, a raised alpine area replaces one of the lawns, and a 1/3-acre blank canvas adjoining the garden, ripe for development! marigoldlee@btinternet.com Time: 11am – 4pm Entrance: £3.00 Individuals and groups welcome. Ideal for Gardening Clubs and Women's Institutes. Plants sales throughout the year.
